SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order through Colydia you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. 


A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping for orders over $49 USD.
 

Economy Shipping (7-11 business days)              : 2.95 $
Standard Insured Shipping (6-10 business days) : 3.95 $

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY


Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. At which point items are sent from our distribution centers. Once the item has been collected by the courier, the item will be marked as dispatched and the customer is notified by email and SMS. At which point the order can not be changed or canceled. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1 - 2 days
  • Shipping time:   : Economy Shipping (7-11 business days)
  1. Delivery Terms

    We use DPD, DHL, Yodel and Amazon Logistics. Carrier is determined on speed, item availability and weight.

    D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
    We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@colydia.com or

  2. E. CANCELLATIONS
    If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to the date it is dispatched. After this we are unable to cancel or edit your order. For refunds, please refer to our refund policy.

    F. Parcels Damaged In Transit

    If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

    G. Parcels Lost in Transit

    In relation to missing packages, if your item has not arrived within 30 calendar days, please contact us at contact@colydia.com and we will investigate within 24-48 hours.
